Ore. deputies searching for foot fetish suspect 03:15 PM PDT on Thursday, July 23, 2009 By NWCN.com CLACKAMAS, Ore. - Sheriff’s deputies say a man with a foot fetish has been targeting women at the Clackamas Target. Authorities say for the past two days in a row at the, the suspect has been trying to get women shopping in the store to allow him to put shoes on their feet. Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office issued this picture of the suspect. A couple of women believed his story of wanting an opinion on how the shoes feel as he considers buying them for others. One day he explained it’s for his wife; on another day, it was for his girlfriend. Detectives say the offensive physical contact happens when the suspect starts to put the shoes on the victims’ feet.
